We do not give cash/credit refunds for items purchased with in-store credit. If the return is accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your site account, credit card, or original method of payment. Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email if we accept the return. If you are in our system, this process is made much easier, so we encourage everyone to sign up. You must provide your receipt (physical or digital) and your order number to receive a refund.
